About Isembard

Isembard is building a distributed network of high-performance factories for critical industries. We combine advanced machine tools, robotics, and proprietary software, MasonOS, to manufacture precision components for aerospace, defence, energy, and frontier technology companies.

Our ambition is to scale a global owner-operator franchise network that delivers speed, resilience, and industrial capacity where it matters most.

Our values:

Role Overview

We are looking for highly communicative, technically minded operators to join Isembard as Deployed Factory Engineers across the U.S. and UK.

This is a hands-on, field-based factory operations role focused on factory setup, franchisee onboarding, operating standard implementation, site auditing, and ongoing factory support. You will deploy into factory environments, work directly with factory operators, franchisees, and site teams, and help each site operate to the Isembard standard.

Technical competence matters, but communication is the differentiator. You must learn the Isembard operating playbook in depth, apply it practically, teach it clearly, audit against it, and improve it over time. You do not need to be the deepest expert in every area, but you must be curious, quick to learn, and able to teach, audit, and escalate intelligently.

This is for someone who can deploy into a factory, learn the standard, teach the standard, audit the standard, and protect the standard.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy into factories and implement the Isembard operating playbook

Train, coach, and communicate clearly

Support MasonOS adoption and operating system discipline

Audit factory performance and reinforce standards

Support quality, compliance, and traceability readiness

Improve factory operations and maintain site relationships
