### Job Title: Management / Operations Lead (US)

Location: Dallas (with US travel)

#### Role Overview:

You will stand up and operationalise US sites. You are responsible for franchise standards, performance metrics and MasonOS integration across US factories.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- Launch and stabilise new US sites  
- Enforce operational standards and KPIs  
- Drive MasonOS adoption and performance tracking  
- Improve throughput, quality and OTD  
- Build local leadership capability  
- Coordinate with UK HQ on strategy and reporting

#### Required Skills:

- Experience in industrial operations or manufacturing leadership  
- Strong process and performance management mindset  
- Ability to lead teams on the ground
