### Job Title: Placement Student (Engineering / Software)

Location: London, Dallas or Hamburg  
Job Type: Full-time (12 months)

#### Role Overview:

Support MasonOS and factory engineering projects while building long-term internal talent.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- Assist engineering or software teams  
- Support data analysis and process optimisation  
- Contribute to live production work  
- Document processes and improvements

#### Required Skills:

- Studying engineering, computer science or related field  
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability  
- High initiative, ownership mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit  
- Keen interest in manufacturing/ hands-on engineering  
- Basic understanding of software development

#### Prior Experience:

- Leadership Role in a University engineering team  
- Previous part-time experience in non-engineering based role
