Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, high-ownership operator to support factory-level order flow and supply chain execution.
You will help track orders, coordinate suppliers, support routing decisions, and bring structure to a fast-moving manufacturing environment. This is a strong fit for someone early in their career who works hard, follows through, communicates clearly, and wants to grow into broader operations and supply chain responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the supply base
- Track factory orders end to end
- Support order routing and reassignment
- Coordinate suppliers and order handoffs
- Maintain clean order status visibility
- Support day-to-day order management
- Follow up on open actions and blockers
- Escalate issues with urgency
- Improve process clarity and flow
- Help keep teams aligned on priorities
- Bring structure to fast-moving operations

Required Skills
Prior Experience
- Studying supply chain or operations management
- Broader business background also welcome
- Internship or project experience preferred
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Manufacturing exposure is a plus
- Order tracking experience is a plus
- Logistics or operations experience is a plus
- Leadership or ownership experience valued
