The Selection Process

We take franchisee selection seriously because every person here shapes our mission. We look for evidence of exceptional ability, leadership and the drive to contribute to a wider mission.

1. Send Your CV - Tell us about your background, experience, and what drives you.
2. Initial Call - A short conversation to understand your goals and answer early questions.
3. Deep-Dive Application Form - We’ll ask detailed questions about your business experience, financial readiness and leadership approach.
4. Isembard Onboarding & Support Guide - Receive a guide on how we support factory set-up as well as training on factory operations and MasonOS.
5. Assessment Day - Visit one of our factories for a hands-on look at operations and team culture.
6. Franchise Offer - Successful candidates receive a formal offer to join the Isembard franchise and begin setup.
